The specific owner-approved quote establishes scope, total price and delivery details.

A 50% initial payment is applied to the service total, except standalone mastering, which costs $50 and is paid fully upfront. The remaining scheduled-service balance is due 48 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is included with at least 72 hours notice for regular sessions, or 7 days for events and music videos. A late reschedule costs $50. Customer cancellation or a no-show forfeits the deposit; unearned payments above the deposit are refunded. If The Golden Empire cancels, the customer chooses a full refund or rescheduling. Online appointments are two hours and must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. All booking hours use America/Chicago time: Monday through Thursday 6–11 PM, Friday noon–9 PM, Saturday 3–8 PM, Sunday 9 AM–9 PM.
